Mega Millions Rollover Pushes Tuesday Jackpot to $227 Million

No Big Winners Yet: Mega Millions Jackpot Climbs to $227M

Nobody hit the big grand prize in Friday night’s Mega Millions drawing, which means the grand total keeps on stacking up. The jackpot is now sitting at a massive $227 million heading into the Tuesday drawing.

Friday’s draw had a solid $209 million on the line, or roughly $89.7 million if the winner took the lump sum. But the lucky numbers, 3, 30, 33, 53, and 62, plus the gold Mega Ball 22, didn’t match up on a single ticket. In fact, nobody even landed all five white balls to score a million-dollar runner-up prize. A handful of players did walk away with decent cash, though. One ticket scored $20,000 thanks to a 2x Megaplier option, and two other players scored $30,000 each after picking up a 3x multiplier.

Because the main prize went unclaimed, the grand total rolled over once again. Whoever manages to hit the winning combo on Tuesday gets to choose between the $227 million annuity over 30 years or an immediate $96.3 million cash payout. If the jackpot rolls over just one more time, that lump sum payment will easily cross the $100 million threshold.

So far, 2026 has already seen three jackpot winners, including a mind-boggling $800 million score in Florida. But the lottery heat isn’t just about the main draw. Over in Massachusetts, a lucky buyer just snagged an absurd $25 million win from a single $25,000,000 MEGA MONEY scratch-off card. Down in Texas, a fortunate player finally stepped forward to claim a cool $26.75 million jackpot payout.

Ticket sales for Tuesday’s drawing close right before the balls drop, giving everyone one more shot to land life-changing money.
