From $40 to Half a Million: Lucky Player Hits Huge Jackpot at Sky River Casino
What a lucky way to start the year! A local of Modesto simply turning a $40 spin into a huge jackpot win for $552,460 at Sky River Casino.
This jackpot happened on January 17th, on the Dollar Storm Mega Grand Link, a pirate-themed slot that was pretty cool, to say the least. According to the president of the casino, Michael J. Facenda, everyone on the floor went crazy as soon as the jackpot hit. A win like this not only makes a great story; it totally changes your life.
Itmay be hard to believe but this is almost like a habit becoming at Sky River. They’ve been seriously “on fire” lately:
- Last September: A Sacramento tourist scored big over $424,000 on Huff N’ Even More Puff.
- Table Games: In that very same month, two players each hit six-figure wins at the Pai Gow poker tables.
- Blackjack: A third lucky player gained $192,000 after hitting a progressive jackpot on Double Up Blackjack.
And guess what? They have no plans of stopping. The casino is actually in the process of expanding its gaming floor, which will result in 312 brand-new slot machines, giving players even more chances to score big.
Be it something in the atmosphere or a serious streak of good luck, Sky River is quickly gaining the reputation as the go-to gambling destination in California for those who want to get lucky.
