BetMGM Gives Out $122M+ in Jackpots to North American Players in 2025

BetMGM Hands Out Over $122 Million in Jackpots Across North America

2025 has been nothing short of incredible at BetMGM, with online players throughout the continent cashing in on huge jackpots. The industry leader revealed that it has paid out over $122 million in progressive jackpot prizes already this year – a staggering sum that also covers multiple six-figure wins and even some million-dollar jackpots.

The bettors of the Wolverine State clinched a mind-blowing $42.6 million in jackpot wins during the year. The second slot on the list goes to Pennsylvania players who have cashed $29.7 million in jackpots. New Jersey gamblers were also among the high earners, taking home a hefty $23.5 million on BetMGM’s progressive slot machines. Ontario, Canada, had a prosperous period also, with locals raking up $21.5 million (CAD 29.5 million) altogether. Completing the top five, there is West Virginia whose players obtained a cool $5 million in jackpot prizes.

Ontario, without a doubt, grabbed the lion’s share of attention by scoring the single largest BetMGM jackpot win in 2025. A very lucky player hit a $1.1 million (CAD 1.6 million) progressive jackpot on MGM Grand Millions in April and then, unbelievably, received another gigantic payoff from the same game just a few days later.

Michigan also featured heavily in the news for some spectacular jackpot wins. In December, one lucky gambler in the state took home nearly $898,000 from a slot machine called Bison Fury.
